[past event] Call for Short Films

LOOP Youngstown seeks original films and videos to include in the 2025 Variety Show Fundraiser. Prizes for the top three ! 1st = $300, 2nd = $200, 3rd = $100


What We’re Looking For:

  • Original films and videos

  • 8 mins or shorter

  • Animation, documentary, or live-action--any genre!


How to Audition:

  • Submit your film/video by October 1 to admin@loopyoungstown.org

  • Because of possible issues with file sizes and permissions, the best way to submit a film/video is by posting it on YouTube or Vimeo first and then sharing the link to your video in an email.


Selected films will be screened during the 2nd Annual LOOP Variety Show at Westside Bowl on Sunday, November 16 (4pm-8pm). Appearance at the Variety Show is not required.
