This is a FREE three-part lecture and workshop series discussing the importance of being active in the arts community, networking, reasons to show your work, examining the various venues and opportunities available in our region, continuously making work and improving your work, being exhibition-ready, considering the quality and physical structure of a work, and resources for artists. Funded by the Ohio Arts Council and the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley.

Parking:
For Art on Park: Parking can be found around the square for free or in a lot off High St behind our building for $3.00, or free in Downtown Warren's parking deck a short walk away.
For The Butler: Parking is free in the adjacent lot.
Facilitator Bio:
David Wheeler aka Dovey Wuvey is the manager and curator at Art on Park for the Fine Arts Council of Trumbull County, and is an artist and curator at large, organizing shows at the Soap Gallery (now defunct), The Calvin Center for the Arts, Coy Cornelius and Judy Rogers Studios, The Havana House, Trumbull Art Gallery, and elsewhere. They enjoy facilitating public art projects and organizing programming of unusual themes and styles. Currently planning a monthly noise and experimental sound event, and a monthly non-specific book discussion.
Workshops are FREE.
