LOOP Youngstown presents an information session with Kathy Signorino and Chaz O’Neil from the Ohio Arts Council. This session is free with registration, and seating is limited. Please park in the lot behind the library, on E. Rayen Ave.Want to learn about Ohio Arts Council Grants? Please join Kathy Signorino and Chaz O’Neil from the Ohio Arts Council to learn about individual artist grant programs and resources.  This informative session will address best practices, application requirements, and review processes. The next grant deadline for project support is May 1st.
